投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績：1）投標人必須是從事相關(guān)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)、系統(tǒng)集成與銷售的合法企業(yè)集團或獨立生產(chǎn)廠商，或其針對本項目的唯一授權(quán)代理經(jīng)銷商。 2）投標人名稱應(yīng)與招標代理機構(gòu)的購標登記表上的名稱一致，否則其投標文件將予以拒絕接受。 3）投標人須有相關(guān)民航飛行計劃集中處理系統(tǒng)和綜合信息與顯示系統(tǒng)業(yè)績經(jīng)驗（須提供相關(guān)合同復(fù)印件或中標通知書）。 4）本項目不允許聯(lián)合體投標。

Qualifications or Performance：1) The bidder must be a legal enterprise group or independent manufacturer engaged in the production, system integration and sales of related equipment, or its sole authorized distributor for the project. 2) The name of the bidder should be the same as the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency, otherwise the bidding documents will be rejected. 3) The bidder must have relevant civil aviation flight plan centralized processing system and comprehensive information and display system performance experience (must provide relevant copy of the contract or notice of winning the bid). 4) This project does not allow consortium bidding.
